• The collection postcode and details about the job
• Photos you upload or send us
• Where you came from, such as the advert you clicked (utm tags and Facebook click ID)
• Basic technical data, such as your browser and the pages you visit, if you accept cookies

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, give you a quote, arrange and carry out the collection, and keep records of the job. Our lawful basis is to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to perform that contract. We use advert data to understand which of our adverts work, based on your consent where cookies are involved.

Who we share it with

Only services that help us run the business: our website host, our customer records system (Bigin by Zoho), our email provider and, if you accept marketing cookies, Meta. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and any job that follows, and to meet our legal and accounting duties.
