Quotes

Quotes are based on the photos and details you give us. If the amount or type of waste on the day is different, or access is harder than described, we will tell you the new price before we start. You do not have to go ahead.

What we can take

General household, garden, furniture, bulky and suitable non-hazardous builders' waste. We cannot take hazardous waste such as asbestos, chemicals, paint, oils, gas bottles or clinical waste unless agreed in writing beforehand.

Your responsibilities

• Make sure you have the right to dispose of the items
• Tell us about access, stairs, parking limits or anything unusual
• Remove anything you want to keep before we start

Payment

Payment terms and accepted payment methods will be confirmed when you book.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a booking, please tell us as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp.

Our responsibility

We take care on every job and are fully insured. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UK consumer law.
